National Restoration, LLC is a General Contractor located in Indian Trail, NC, serving the Charlotte-Metro and surrounding areas. We are a dedicated group of individuals focused on serving the community and providing clients with a true five-star experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads and identify potential roofing clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and canvassing.
• Conduct thorough exterior and roof assessments, offering appropriate solutions to clients.
• Build and foster strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire construction process.
• Prepare accurate sales proposals, contracts, and estimates to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with divisional teams to ensure successful project execution and high client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to effectively educate clients and recommend suitable solutions.
• Record sales and client data into the Client Relationship Management System (CRM).

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in roofing sales or a related field, but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and work effectively with your team.
• Possess the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
