We are looking for individuals to represent Lenity Light in the Tarrant and Johnson County area. Candidates must have the ability to apply a consultative sales approach to educate medical professionals about hospice services and meeting customer needs by providing end-of-life care solutions to improve the quality of a patient’s care.
This position is a entry level position and we are willing to teach energetic individuals who are willing to work hard and show empathy and compassion.

Responsibilities:
- Visits facilities and provide information on services provided by company.
- Develops close contact and relationships with individuals at facilities.
- Discusses any issues with current patients and brings information to supervisor.
- Resolves customer feedback by collaborating on resolutions with program management.
- Attend to customer and patient needs with a strong sense of urgency.
- A willingness to learn and proactively apply coaching feedback from direct manager and other team leaders.
- Timely completion of administrative duties
- Serve as face of company to local facilities, doctor offices, and patients/families.
Skills:
· Effective in professional verbal, written, and electronic communication
· Must be a driven, self-starter with a high degree of self-accountability
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Be creative and think outside of the box
Job Type: Full-time. 8 AM to 5 PM. Part time positions available
