Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an ambitious, creative-minded, and positive individual to join our team as a coordinator for our Spanish speaking sales team. In this role, you will support the department in various ways including communicating daily with key market Associates and affiliate, developing and supporting close relationships within USANA’s external U.S. sales field, and planning and executing sales and community outreach events showcasing USANA’s products and opportunity. An ideal candidate for this role needs to be able to demonstrate impeccable dependability, a motivated mindset, and have an encouraging and welcoming outlook and demeanor as they work with our external field.

Position is hybrid requiring in-office work two-three days a week.

What You Will Do as a USANA Latin Sales Coordinator

  • Plan, coordinate, and conceptualize events, including webinars, speakers, and communications, for the U.S. Spanish Speaking Market, both virtually and in-person
  • Identify opportunities to promote the USANA mission through community events in collaboration with Associates, aligning with the market budget
  • Develop and execute a social media brand strategy to enhance communication and increase awareness within the U.S. Spanish speaking market, driving growth of active customers for USANA
  • Implement effective sales tools specific to the Spanish speaking market, aiming to increase active Associate count and retention
  • Collaborate with others to successfully launch and market company initiatives, fostering Associate engagement and driving growth within the U.S. market

Background and Skills You Will Need

  • Native proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Two+ years of direct sales experience preferred
