What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Sr Manager of Commercial Enablement, the Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for delivering the necessary tools, content, training, processes, and best practices to support the sales team to ensure they are successful & efficient in their day-to-day operation. This person will establish and maintain strong working relationships with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and IT teams.
Some of the things you'll be doing include …
- Creating and managing the sales team's development and delivery of knowledge, skills, and process training.
- Owning internal knowledge and content to provide effective and accurate resources for the sales team. Including creating compelling enablement content such as sales battle cards, product overviews, competitive sheets, and training modules.
- Managing the technology stack of tools available to the Commercial team. This includes supporting vendor relationships, developing best practices and creating enablement materials.
- Building programs to help grow and retain key employees throughout their employment.
- Developing and managing enablement projects and activities such as supporting new hire onboarding, creating newsletters, and other creative projects.
- Partnering with different departments in order to produce effective and efficient internal communication strategies for the sales organization.
- Administering and operationalizing enablement programs including scheduling events, creating videos, and generating reports for internal stakeholders.
- Develop reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, including sales team fidelity to the use of established protocols, processes, and the effectiveness of our tool stack.
A day in the life will rarely be the same, moving from training new hires to assessing knowledge gaps and building programs for the team to ensure everyone in the organization is successful.
Who you are…
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization, in sales, enablement, or learning and development.
- Knowledgeable about sales methodologies, preferably in a complex Healthcare or SaaS environment. Including a strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training.
- Knowledge and application of instructional design, technical writing, and adult learning principles.
- Project design, implementation, and management for training and enablement platforms. Strong work ethic and belief in our internal mission.
- Excellent Communication. Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and relationship-building are a must.
- A true team player. Curious, strong team player with a track record of cross-functional collaboration. Impact oriented. Understand the appropriate balance between planning and acting; be willing to act in a dynamic and changing environment without perfect information and adjust along the way. Sk
