· We are a highly innovative Austin based, international tech company with a 32 year record of success. Explosive growth has created an opportunity to add one special hyper-productive over-achieving call center representative to our sales team. This person has the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, and possesses the mental toughness, sales expertise, and disciplined behavior to make a great salary.

We are looking for an inside B to B sales representative that will sell to our existing customers and find new customers. We are the largest manufacturer in the world of rugged industrial computers and salespeople have to have the specific experience and ability to understand technical hardware and sell technical hardware. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to repeatedly hit quarterly sales goals.

The candidate we are searching for has the following qualities:

· A passion for sales;

· A professional salesperson with a history of successfully meeting their sales goals;

· The demonstrated ability to learn and sell a technical product;

· Tenacity and perserverence;

· The ability to happily work in an office as opposed to working at home;

· The ability to get along with a team.

Responsibilities

· Quote prices for products;

· Grow the existing customers in your territory;

· Hunt and bring in new customers in your territory;

· Develop a sales plan for your territory;

· Develop and implement sales strategies for hitting your numbers every quarter and every year;

· Handle a large number of inbound and outbound calls a day;

· Record every interaction with customers in Salesforce daily;

Requirements

  • No less than (3) year of B to B sales experience selling a technical product or working for a manufacturer;
  • Track record of over-achieving quota/numbers
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems and practices;
  • Working knowledge of ERP system;
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types;
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;

Generous Commission plan with no caps

Salary will be at least $55,000.00 base (depending upon qualifications and experience) plus uncapped commissions and discretionary bonuses.

Benefits include health insurance, matching 401(K), and generous PTO. Dental and Vision are also optionally available.
