Full description of the position

  • Ranked in the The TOP 3 and one of only Eight - Keller Williams Million Dollar Market Centers in the World, Keller Williams North Atlanta is currently looking for an Director of Growth to join our Executive Leadership Team. This person will play a key role in attracting talent and career development. The Director of Growth shares the responsibility for the overall performance of our Market Center/Office, including but not limited to, increased productivity, consistent growth, and building world class culture within the Market Center/Office.This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to naturally connect with and influence others. The Director of Growth will embrace servant leadership, create success through others, implement and practice bottom-up leadership, and build a healthy and prosperous team.

Essential Functions, duties, and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Partner with Team Leader to Attract, Welcome and Develop new talent
  • Research and develop strategies for transitioning agents into Keller Williams Realty
  • Drive associates toward proficiency in the use of KW resources and tools.
  • Meet and consult weekly with agents to review their production goals and hold them accountable to completion of actions
  • Embrace and help implement a big & competitive vision

Job Requirements:

· Real Estate License – minimum 1 years preferred

· Previous Leadership

· Google Drive proficiency

· Great Organizational skills

· Goal setting, planning, accountability skills

· Proactive, positive attitude

· Track record of success in past jobs/tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
