Now Hiring - Retail Sales Inside Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ

ISR’s at Phoenix Pumps, Inc. provide a combination of technical support and sales skills to our customer base, introduce new products and work to develop relationships with customers. The ISR is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, making product recommendations based on customer application, tracking quotes, following-up on quotations and closing sales opportunities and other additional tasks as required.

Desired Skills and Experience

Responsibilities:

• Have a full understanding of the inside sales process to include pricing, costing, purchase order handling, accurate data entry and order follow ups.
• Develop a thorough understanding of company product offering.
• Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with current and potential customers.
• Organizes and prioritizes sales opportunities.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
• Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, a high sense of urgency with a high degree of organizational skills.
• Candidates must be able to work within a team environment, multi-task, meet deadlines.
• Must have a good phone presence and customer service aptitude.
• Positive attitude a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
