Electrical Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced account manager with electrical knowledge to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, new clients, and establish strong relationships with customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with current customers and potential clients

· Negotiate contracts and close sales with customers

· Provide product and service information to customers and address any concerns they may have

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as estimating and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction

· Develop and implement account plans to grow revenue and market share

· Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including forecasting, pipeline management and customer interactions

· Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate manager.

· Attend trade shoes, industry events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company’s services

· Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Required Skills/Abilities:

• The Ideal candidate must have experience or knowledge in commercial and/or industrial electrical systems
• Experience in sales and account management
• Experience working with computers
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong customer relations skills, must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and follow directions as needed
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
