Account Manager

E-XTEQ LLC is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. E-XTEQ LLC’s products include OEM's essential products, aftermarket battery solutions, and related equipment.

Position Overview:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing the accounts and working closely with the Regional Sales Manager. The position will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities and working with existing customers to understand their needs. The position will report to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
  • Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
  • Lead sales for new and existing customers
  • Work with sales team to develop new customer relationships and pipeline development opportunities
  • Evaluate existing accounts for sales performance and potential for growth
  • Prepare monthly reports on account performance metrics such as average order value, average order value per dollar, average order value per thousand orders, etc.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting on accounts including sales volume, average order value per thousand order, average order value per unit, etc.

Account Manager skills and qualifications

  • Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behavior
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
  • Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
  • Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
  • 3+ years experience into Automotive OEM's and aftermarket

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
