EmOcean Coastal Wear is looking for several Retail Sales Associates as well as a Store Manager to join our team! We are a family owned and operated business that has been providing the Sanibel, FL area with the Beach Wear and Souvenirs available on the island! We are currently hiring full and part time candidates for our Sanibel, FL store.

Candidates should be reliable, punctual, friendly, positive and have good communication skills.

Compensation will be based on experience and store needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they come in the door. Provide helpful and knowledgeable information about EmOcean Coastal Wear services and products
• Ring up merchandise selling at a minimum of 2 per day.
• Answer any questions customers may have about our services.
• Stocking merchandise correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, including sweeping floors, wiping down walls, etc.
• Cashiering when necessary to ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Clean store during non-business hours.
• Assist with inventory control when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Candidates must be comfortable using an iPad to scan merchandise, using an iPad to check out, cash register, ring up merchandise, cash receipts, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
