Sales Representative
Regional Homes is a manufactured housing dealer located in Port Allen, LA and is seeking the position of a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, the individual would report directly to the dealership’s General Manger.

Responsibilities include:
- Driving sales through engagement, solution selling, and educating customers on key differences among all housing options
- Compiling sales leads/prospects and maintaining contact throughout the duration of the sales process
- Logging customer data into the company's Customer Resource Management system
- Reading and understanding reports while formulating a sales strategy around data
- Helping customers understand basic financing and available programs offered to manufactured homebuyers
- Providing outstanding customer service both before and long after sale transactions
- Utilizing social media as a selling tool and responding to customer inquiries digitally
- Assessing various land and housing properties.
Requirements include:
- Retail sales experience is preferred
- Experience with computer systems
- Eagerness to learn / hard worker
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have above average communication and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified manner
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Must be customer service and detail oriented
- Professionalism / Friendliness
Additional Information:
- Generous training salaries offered for first few weeks until pipeline is established. 100% Commission after training period. Opportunity for exceptionally high earnings.
