Full description of the position

Personal lines insurance customer service and support. Responsible for helping review and service personal lines insurance policies. Job duties include:

-Reviewing and quoting current personal lines policies

-Maintenance of client management system

-Payment processing and billing

-Setting up clients

-Processing DocuSign's

-Contacting mortgage companies

-Processing policy changes

-Rating new and renewal personal lines policies

-Responding to underwriting memos from insurance companies

Ideally have 2-3 years insurance experience and at minimum hold an active 4-40 insurance license. Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Growing agency offers room for growth and advancement. Competitive base pay and bonus opportunity.
