Sieck Floral Distributing is looking for a Sales Professional to join our team and help us expand our floral services. We are looking for a hard-working, motivated individual who is excited about helping others. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, good coping skills, be self-motivated and organized. We prefer some sales experience. There is limited day travel and no cold calling required. You should have good phone skills and an outgoing personality. There is some lifting up to 50lbs. We start at 5 am and close early in the afternoon. You'll learn a large product line and your creativity will be very important!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales goals by consistently contacting potential customers and building relationships with them.
• Reach out to customers by calling, emailing, or visiting them in person.
• Develop strong relationships with customers by providing high-quality service and following up on requests or issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers after completing sales calls and follow through with follow up emails.
• Communicate with customers regularly about the availability of supplies for their special occasion, events and every day business needs.
• Follow up with customers after completing sales calls and follow up through emails.
• Ensure that all orders placed are accurate and complete by following up with customers if necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
