Who are we looking for?
Wilson Farm, Lexington, MA is seeking a Customer Sales Associate for our Grocery Department. This is a full-time position and this position starts at $18.00/hr.
Primary Responsibilities for a Customer Sales Associate

• Successfully assist the Department Manager and Assistant Manager with daily and weekly responsibilities as they relate to ensuring the highest level of customer service expected by our shoppers.
• Inventory of products for individual department
• Rotation of product to ensure freshness and expiration code compliance
• Provide positive customer interactions in a friendly and helpful manner at all times - problem-solving/resolution and escalation as needed
• General clean up, organizing of department display/shelf area to maintain neat appearance
• Other tasks as assigned by Department Manager

Experience/Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferably in a food service, restaurant, grocery or retail setting.

Work Schedule

• Full-time (45-50 hours/week)
• Schedule will be a mix of “opening” 7am - 5pm and “closing” 10am - 7pm schedules on weekdays and weekend days.
• Holiday periods will require more hours and flexibility in schedule (which is greatly appreciated) to meet business needs.

Physical requirements: (THIS IS A BIT OF A PHYSICAL JOB)

• Standing/bending/reaching for periods of time
• Must be able to frequently lift/move totes or boxes of products (approx. 30+lb)
