Account Executive - Outside Sales

Celero Commerce

The Outside Sales Account Executive role is a pivotal position within Celero Commerce Direct Sales sector. As part of a growing group of sales teams, Outside Sales allows you to be in a high visibility role responsible for the full cycle sales of Celero’s diverse merchant service product solutions and fintech software services. You will develop your territory while honing sales skills with the support and direction of accomplished sales leaders who have already been successful in Merchant Services. Outside Sales also lets you build a book of business while you sell. These become your Accounts to Manage. This opportunity is directly aligned with the growth strategy and mission of the organization within the Fintech sector.

#5. Compensation

We actually offer 4 streams of income for this particular opportunity!

Base + Bonuses + Commission + Residual

4) Residual Income - This is the real gem of the opportunity. You not only make money when you close a deal; uncapped commission + your guaranteed base + numerous bonuses, that = a Friday paycheck. But, on top of that, your accounts stay with you and make you income every month, continuously. Yes, earn residuals monthly off each and every account you sell for years to come!

3) Uncapped Commission - That's right, uncapped! Sell your heart out. Each "deal" is hundreds and there is no limit. You naturally become more and more consistent, which allows you to sell more and of course, make more.

2) Numerous bonuses - Who doesn't love a bonus. We know everyone has bills so we do offer ramp-up bonus money to assist in the first year that are heavy in the first quarter but are present for your full first year. We also have performance bonuses so YOU control your bonus potential.

1) Base pay - Yes, we do offer a base. It's minimal but helps cover the basics to get you started, learning how to sell within the Merchant Services & Fintech sector. No worries about gas or lunch to allow yourself to get you ramped-up!

First Year OTE, estimated $60-120K, conservatively.
