Currently, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic After Sales Service Representative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing post-sales inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.

Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers, assisting with order status updates, shipping inquiries, and product support.

Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product returns, replacements, and warranty claims.

Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide timely and accurate information.

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in after-sales service or customer support is preferred.

Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

Working Conditions and Benefits:

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm - no nights or weekends.

Competitive hourly pay range of $17-22 based on experience and qualifications.

Paid time off (PTO) accrued on a weekly basis.

Major holidays are fully paid time off.
