A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TECHNICAL INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you are an essential member of our team! Each day, you handle quoting, order processing, and product configuration. With your incredible technical aptitude, you easily assess complex customer requests and formulate quotes that are compatible with our product offerings. Your excellent interpersonal skills serve you well as you clearly communicate technical information to customers in a concise manner. You also easily identify customer needs and recommend solutions. A team player, you collaborate with other company departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and product improvement.

Highly organized and efficient, you manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and achieving sales targets. You consistently build and maintain strong relationships with our customers as well as provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management. Driven to succeed, you continuously update your product knowledge and stay up to date with all industry trends and developments. You love using your skills to help our company continue to grow!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A TECHNICAL INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Bachelor's degree OR a degree in a technical field
• Inside sales experience, preferably in a technical environment
• Ability to complete unit conversions (microliters to micrograms)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales management tools
• Willingness to travel
