Full description of the position

The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset. Assuring the asset meets the company financial and business goals. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of each property assigned through the management of such items as: leasing, information reporting, collections, resident services, overseeing maintenance, training and staff development while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws and company policies

· Oversee assigned properties

· Work with onsite maintenance to implement maintenance programs and capital improvements

· Ensure that building and grounds are well maintained

· Meet with each client regularly to review property performance and respond promptly to client inquiries

· Maintain budgeted occupancy goals

· Develop, and support new team members

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 5+ years market rate property management experience
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience
• Proven ability to provide excellent resident relations
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (OneSite, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Strong supervisory/managerial skills
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws
