Description

• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with passenger and heavy duty engine oils as well as industrial and specialty petroleum based lubricants REQUIRED
• Manage and grow customer relationships to ensure retention, and client satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries concerning product knowledge, technical inquires, logistics, and other aspects of customer products and orders.
• Work closely with the operations, Logistics, and other support staff to ensure that customer relationships and retention are appropriately maintained
• Follow-up on both cold and warm leads to further grow our business.
• Work closely with a small group of outside salespersons to assist them with existing customers.
• Marketing experience

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with passenger and heavy duty engine oils as well as industrial and specialty petroleum based lubricants REQUIRED
• Experience in working with Salesforce REQUIRED
• Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Possess exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize.
• Have the ability to handle conflict and problem-solve
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities
• Be flexible and independent while working in a fast-paced environment
• bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Epicor ERP system, preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
