EVAPAR is currently looking for an Aftermarket Sales Person to join our St. Louis Branch team. The focus of this role is providing quotes for generator service and repair for both residential and commercial customers. Are you driven by the desire to succeed? Do you love learning new things? In addition to those personality traits, the ideal candidate should also have experience in cold calling, the social skills needed for getting past the gate keepers at businesses, and most importantly the desire to work for a company that believes in what it does and the people they have doing it.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently schedule multiple visits to sites.
  • Provide quotes to customers for repairs.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, and co-workers.
  • Possess an exceptional customer service attitude.
  • Have mechanical and electrical knowledge and aptitude.
  • User knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle difficult/stressful situations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:

  • Willing to travel sometimes over night or over a week.
  • Ability to Cold Call
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to work well unsupervised
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Self motivated
  • Good mechanical/electrical aptitude.
  • Knowledge in electrical
  • Knowledge on the basic workings of a diesel engine.

Compensation - $60K+
