Responsibilities:

• Prospects for buyers or sellers; creates new opportunities within specific market areas served by our team to ensure growth for our company.
• Converts and consistently follows up with incoming leads to grow the sales pipeline.
• Sets client appointments and holds client consultations to find out their needs.
• Assists clients in buying or selling process.
• Negotiates for clients and provides fantastic customer service.
• Comfortable getting on video and creating social marketing content to attract clients.
• Stays up to date on market trends, real estate laws, and training to provide clients with the most up-to-date information.

Experience:

• High School graduate or higher Stay up to date on market trends, real estate laws, and training
• Real Estate Sales and licensed (1 year preferred)
• Sales (1 year preferred)
• Some understanding of CRM, Zoom, Slack, and Google Business Suite
• High level of social skills, our business is people-based and will require much interaction with other people
• Work Location: Must live in Bay Area, CA (but don’t have to work from the office)

Qualifications:

• Candidate must hold a valid driver’s license
• A successful and proven sales history is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Technology-driven
• Shows good organizational and time management skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Focused, energetic, goal and results-driven,
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
