Century 21 Sakmar & Associates is currently hiring career real estate agents. Are you a career minded individual who is looking to build a career in real estate?

As a Real Estate Agent in our office, you will take ownership for customer interactions while educating and counseling customers on making the right real estate decisions. You will gain valuable experience in the world of real estate sales and general customer service. This is a full-time or part-time, entry level position for agents new to the industry to become a part of our growing family!

As a Real Estate Agent**, your duties will include:

• Prospecting for new business
• Become a trained real estate professional to help home buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of real estate
• Negotiating and arranging sales, showing property, listing properties and completing contracts.
• Become knowledgeable in your community about business and services
• Market and promote yourself, your company and your properties
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail with time management
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
• Become a licensed Realtor in the State of Michigan
