We seek to grow our established sales team as our company expands by identifying a talented salesperson with a strong growth mindset in the ArkLaTex area.

Commission only compensation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• In-home design and sales of bathroom remodeling projects
• Assist homeowners in bathroom design and product selection
• Work with the production department to facilitate the production process for all projects
• Maintain relevant product knowledge
• Conduct on-site measurements, photos and videos for calculating the cost of projects
• Prepare sketches and documentation for client presentation
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Non-retail Sales Experience
• Construction and Remodeling experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
