• Selling the Citrus Hills lifestyle
• Closing the sales process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic
• Proactive with generating and following up on leads
• Excellent people skills enabling customer satisfaction at all times
• Computer literate, including Word and Excel
• Present a knowledgeable, warm and highly professional manner
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be open to relocating to the area
