Quality Labor Management is a National Skilled Trades/Commercial Construction Staffing Provider, seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join the Miami, FL Team. The Outside Sales Representative will be accountable for seeking new clients, along with growing and managing sales activity for the Miami, FL market.

Base Salary + Commission

Major Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct JSA's.
• Produce leads and Grow Sales.
• Build and maintain strong Client Relationships.
• Manage and Build Strong Relationships with Field Employees along with working in collaboration with the Miami branch Internal Staff.
• Working hand in hand with your Recruiter.
• Communicate with Branch Manager on sales leads.

• Base Salary: Based on experience.
• Commission: Monthly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
