Clement Auto Group is seeking a sales representative who is passionate about sharing our high-quality automotive models’ key features! Our ideal candidate has experience working in a vehicle sales showroom, dealership, or similar retail sales environment. You bring experience with negotiation scenarios, and you make customer satisfaction a priority while meeting sales goals. You should navigate the dealership floor with professionalism and confidence. Schedule: Monday-Saturday with Sundays off plus one off during the week.

Sales Professional duties include, but is not limited to, the following:

· Work with team members to develop your selling skills and deliver an exceptional experience

· Professionally greet new and existing customers in person, by phone/text/email, to determine their needs.

· Train in-person and online to become a brand expert

· Master dealership processes

· Provide customers with brand information, perform test drives, and vehicle walk-arounds

· Learn how to demonstrate, display, and maintain vehicles

Position Requirements:

· Maintaining a positive mindset

· Maintain knowledge of the entire inventory.

· Must be available Saturdays.

· Must have a current driver's license.

Position is Exempt

Position offers Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
