Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary based on experience and skills
- Company year-end bonus if Company goals are achieved
- BCBS Medical health insurance after 90 days of employment. IAMS pays for 100% of the individual employee premium
- Monthly Company paid HSA contributions between $100 - $200 after 90 days of employment

- PTO – (0-3 years) = 15 days per year; accrued at 1.25 days per month (4+ years) = 20 days per year; accrued at 1.67 days per month

- Employee referral bonus – if referred hire is employed for 90 days ($250 bonus) 180 days ($500 bonus)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with licensed agents/producers across the country to determine appropriate product and/or financial strategy recommendations for their clients
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients
- Proactively identify, generate and follow-up on leads
- Utilize software platforms to provide illustrations and product recommendations
- Educate agents/producers on the products and marketing programs that IAMS offers (new agent cash bonuses, incentive trips, agent referral program, agent retirement program, sales training & tools, etc.)
- Recruit licensed annuity and/or life insurance agents/producers to promote IAMS end-to-end support, promote our carriers and their offerings to help the agents grow their business
- Provide administration, back-office support, marketing and case design; a dedicated resource for our insurance agents/producers to help them grow their business
- Maintain agent records (number of agents recruited, written business, number of sales kits sent, agent referrals), provide input for weekly sales meeting
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Annuity and/or life insurance license in applicable state is preferred, but not required
- Extensive knowledge of various insurance products & policies preferred
- 3 years solid sales, client service & customer acquisition experience preferred
- Must be professional, highly motivated/driven and outgoing
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to multitask and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a “follow-up until resolved” mindset
- Must be detail oriented with accuracy
- Must escalate appropriate issues in a timely fashion
- Because all communication, correspondence and client relationships are nation-wide, this position is heavily phone driven
