Regional Sales Manager

$100,000 - $350,000 Earning Potential

MittGroup is looking for a star Regional Sales Manager. You'll be required to build, hire, and train a team of 15-20 sales reps from scratch. Your team will be able to utilize our massive install network and in house support team. MittGroup has already grown its inside sales force into a multi-million dollar operation across 17 states. Now our goal is to have multiple sales channels within the company under your helm.

What you’ll do:

● Become a specialist in solar energy

● Sell solar remotely from your laptop

● Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build client base

● Confidently discuss options and close contracts

● Help manage your projects to installation

What you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of Regional Sales Management and 1 year of solar sales experience

● A cell phone (preferably a smartphone)

● Working laptop or tablet

● Stable internet connection

● A customer centric, friendly and self-motivated attitude
