Bring your best smile and great hospitality skills to each guests during their experience at our facility. Must love working with people and provide an unforgettable hospitality in this small Texas town close to major cities within short drives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the inn, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by anticipating and fulfilling their needs and preferences
• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
• Maintain accurate records and financial reports
• Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
• Coordinate with local vendors and suppliers to provide guests with quality products and services
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner as well as any emergencies any time of the day or night.

This is a live on property in a 1 bedroom unit with kitchen and living room attached to the office. Included: apartment, electricity and water/sewer. The role require 24/7 attention to the property and its operations.

2 Week paid timeoff per year and scattered relief from duties throughout the year.

Requirements:

English a must

Driver's license & SS Number

No Criminal background

Must have general handy knowledge

Must be able to stay on properties for long periods of time without regulary going out, especially weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18,000.00 per year + Apartment Incuded with utilities

Experience:

• Cleaning Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person and onsite 24/7 to live on property.
