Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing prospective clients to create new opportunities for our employees.
- Executing sales campaigns and company initiatives to drive revenue.
- Recruiting new temporary and temp-to-hire candidates using LGC recruitment methods as well as grass-roots campaigns. Bring your personality and creativity!
- Interviewing and vetting candidates to fill part- and full-time positions at the request of our clients.
- Communicating regularly with our clients (in person and electronically) to help identify and fulfill their staffing needs.
- Managing employees by replacing call-offs, collecting time sheets, and terminating if necessary.
- Advocating for our employees, coaching them through new opportunities, and showing them they have the tools to succeed!
- Being present at larger events and brand-new client opportunities to make personal connections and ensure we are providing the best LGC experience possible.
What You Bring to the Table

What We’re Looking For
- A driven individual with a winning mentality.
- Management or supervisory experience (highly preferred).
- Desire to master the "LGC way" that continually drives us to success.
- Willingness to work rotating events on evenings / weekends in addition to regular office hours when necessary.
- Comfortable working on a computer with Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Bilingual is a HUGE plus but not required.
- Customer service and/or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: From $41,600.00 per year
