Job Description
Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings. May supervise a team of project staff.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of Sales Administration or Sales Support experience

- Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Team Support
- Coordinate with Wealth and partner Marketing teams to ensure compliance of materials, creation of new joint marketing collateral, thought leadership distribution, and joint event coordination between Wealth and partners
- Help plan events to promote collaboration and education
- Work with Marketing on thought leadership insights for delivery through partner meetings
- Write ‘playbook’ processes to incorporate best practices to deploy with partners via WMC
- Create and update Sharepoint site for WMC reference tools and partner information, plans, processes, and updates
- Leverage data insights and external sources to research individuals behind companies that are clients of CCB/BB for more meaningful/faster introduction
Administrative
- Work with leader in executing against strategies with other partners, to include mortgage, CRE, Cards, Elevon, CMD, BB, BTIG, etc.
- Plan and coordinate the educational program with line of business partners
- Serve as a scheduler, coordinating calendars for WMC meetings with partners and prospects
- Coordinate healthcare specialist meetings for updates / new strategy education
- Create, maintain and distribute monthly leader reports to capture activities, referrals and successes
Salesforce
- Ensure that referrals are entered into Salesforce correctly and resolve problems that arise, communicating back to partners that initiated the referrals
- Salesforce problem resolution associated with payouts, and scorecard credits
- Backup for Salesforce referral management
- Manage tasks associated with onboarding new employees
- Provide team with updates on referral status within Wealth so that they can communicate to partners
Incentive Plans
- Review the monthly cash incentive payout calculations, review with referral leaders, conduct the audit and communicate with payroll
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure revenue share is properly recorded
- Work with Total Rewards managers in Wealth and partners to interpret incentive plan eligibility
Application Support
- Power point creation / assembly for prospect and internal partner presentations
- Create spreadsheets via Excel to maintain activity and team results
- Assist team with system applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
