Your Purpose as an Audi Brand Specialist:

• Energetically guide guests through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Generate positive interactions with all guests whether they are company provided leads, referrals, or walk-ins.
• Serve as an industry expert by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories as well as their benefit to guests.
• Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Participate in on-the-job-training on products, features, and special deals.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience as a parts advisor and/or in the automotive industry is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and perform multiple duties within the parts department
• Exceptional customer service and phone skills.
• Ability and desire to make a positive impact with every interaction.
• Dedication to creating a remarkable guest experience.
• Ability to follow through and follow up on all commitments.
• Valid driver’s license.
