Job Description

Farmers Coop Association is looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team in Forest City, IA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to our sales team and assisting with various tasks related to the sales process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in a related field is preferred
• Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and maintain professional relationships
• Must have the ability to multi-task and have an ability to prioritize various tasks, as well as adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Must have the ability to work independently, and take initiative when needed.
• Must have the ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Must have the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Must be willing to learn new skills, train, and grow professionally within the company.
• Must have or be willing to acquire a Class A CDL with tanker and Hazmat endorsements
• Must have a good knowledge of and be able to prescribe seed, chemical and fertilizer recommendations.
• Must have a good working knowledge of computers and ag software (AgSync)

Compensation & Benefits:
·Salaried position with unlimited earning potential (based on performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
