Full description of the position

ENV Services a nationally respected leader in calibration, certification and decontamination services for the health care, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our National Sales Team. This position is located in the Naples, FL and is required to report to the Florida office, Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. No remote work available. In this position, you will:

· Initiate proactive calls to existing and potential customers in order to grow sales revenue, develop customer loyalty, and foster utilization of the company's services

· Make outbound calls to prospective customers using information from our database and other lead sources

· Handle quoting services to existing and new customers while assisting with pricing and proposals

· Maintain and update customer database (CRM) and other pipeline tracking reports (Salesforce)

Job Requirements:

· Minimum of 2-4 years of inside sales experience along with a track record of success as a closer and achieving goals and quotas

· Good analytical skills sufficient to prepare quotes, analyze data, and to identify and resolve customer problems

· Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with both customers and other ENV Associates

· Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn company databases

· Must be a self-starter with the willingness to learn and have a strong ability to multi-task

· Some traveling required

1-2 years of sales experience is preferred. This position is considered entry level and there will be ongoing training.
