Your primary responsibility is developing and managing your territory to build and maintain professional relationships with companies and other health care providers.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Selling Occuptional Health
- Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Efficient territory planning and management
- Prospecting new accounts through cold call in person visits
- Build rapport and maintain close professional relationships with the accounts
- Utilize the company's CRM by logging daily activity and completing necessary reports as required
- Attend sales meetings and training as required
- Participate in special events including but not limited to health fairs, promotional events and conferences
- Effectively communicate the “pitch” for all services offered within Occupational Medicine
Minimum Requirements
- Love to sell and have 2 + years of successful sales & Marketing experience
- Experience in Occuptional Health essential
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of growth in sales and income
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- A+ customer service
- Must be able to listen to customers' wants and needs
- Willing to work as a TEAM
- Ability to work independently
- Have reliable transportation, insurance and a clean driving record
- Must be able to work flexible hours

Additional Information
Occupational Medicine Sales & Marketing representative will work closely with the Executive Director to establish the sales and marketing Department. The position will be a field and office position. Individuals employed in this position will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, and working leads to convert to accounts primarily under the Occupational Medicine sector of Medical Access Practice, including Workers’ Compensation and Employee Screening Services. Will involve building relationships with other health care providers.
If you have experience in Sales and Marketing but not in Occupational Health we will train the right candidate.
