We are seeking a driven, self-motivated trustworthy, empathetic sales person to assist us to appeal potential patients to receive state of the art treatments offered at our Medical Facility. We are looking for a successful team member to help us sell the health services that our patients have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. We’re looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training for two weeks, then take over management of the salesforce. On average, we receive 30 phone leads per day. so the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is a must. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it’s essential that our sales rep be personable and professional. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Must be effective at managing sales calls using the phone. This requires different skills such as the ability to read the tone of someone’s voice or measure the cadence of the conversation to determine whether the prospect is satisfied or not. One important tip here is to make sure that you can use tools such as Clear slide to bring as much of the face-to-face experience to the phone.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
- Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following an defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
- Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

- 3-5 years in sales within a healthcare related setting
