Community Association Manager (Licensed in IL)

Manager will oversee a portfolio of homeowner associations. (Condo, Townhome, SFH HOA, and/or Master Assns)

Manager Must have the following traits and abilities:

1. Must be professional and presentable
2. Have excellent customer services skills
3. Must be able to complete projects and follow thru
4. Must be able to create and understand budgets and general financial reports
5. Must be self motivated and able to keep and meet deadlines
6. Proficient in MS Office software
7. Quickbooks experiance a plus but will train.
8. Must be able to attend occasional evening board meetings
9. Must have dependable transportation
10. Must be able to walk various properties and do visual inspections.

APPLICANT MUST HAVE A COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS LICENSE!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,600.00 - $62,400.00 per year
