Job description
Monroe is seeking a Sales Professional at our Goshen, IN office. You will be working on MRO and OEM projects, building relationships, developing new opportunities, and specifying solutions.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- New business development, application collaboration, product pairing, and specification, preparing proposals and quotations to strategically win new business
- Growing your customer base through new projects and new customer
- Becoming a respected product and industry expert is key to the success of this position
- Understanding of advanced selling skills, with exceptional analytical, organizational, technological, and communication abilities to work within a team-oriented environment
- Using a CRM tool to maximize your effectiveness
QUALIFICATIONS
3 or more years of business-to-business selling experience (Industrial hardware industry is preferred, but not required).
Details:
