Cartopia is a fast growing used car dealership in North Plainfield, NJ. We are seeking professional, customer-centric, and motivated individuals to grow and succeed in a fast paced industry. To achieve our expected growth, we need talented professionals who love a challenge and can hit the ground running in our fast paced environment. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The sky's the limit!

BDC responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Report to the Business Development Manager regarding objectives
• Assist customers with their vehicle inquiry and set appointments for the dealership sales team in order to grow sales
• Follow up with clients that were in communication with the dealership to ensure positive experience and receive feedback
• Experience with Automotive CRM systems is a plus
• Has a desire to learn, positive attitude and driven attitude
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
• Professional appearance, good communication skills, strong presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, but also a self starter
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including basic knowledge of Excel
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
• Previous experience in a business development or sales role is preferred
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth
• Previous experience in a business development or sales role is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
