Locate AI Realty is currently interviewing experienced Commercial Real Estate Brokers for the Managing Broker position for the new Kansas City, MO office. Locate Realty is changing the paradigm for Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Site Selection using Artificial Intelligence (AI). Minimum 5 years of Commercial Brokerage experience required. College Degree required. Ongoing training provided by Locate Institute. Possible Stock Options. Locate Cares Program for Independent Contractors (IC) offering access to Health, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance through either Cigna or Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. In addition, ICs can participate in an ICON Savings Program and Locate may periodically "Bonus" into their Savings Account; Locate will match 3% of charitable contributions up to $1,000 /yr.; $1,000/yr Educational Reimbursement; Cash gifts of $5,000 for 5 yrs. of service, $10,000 for 10 yrs., $15,000 for 15 yrs.
