Job description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Leasing Agent to assist in the daily operations of an Affordable Housing Apartment Community in Lockport, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in Section 8, Tax Credit, and Leasing. Only candidates with previous working experience in affordable housing will be considered. Urban Park Towers Apartments is an 150 unit Elderly/Disabled Community.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Processing applications
• Assist in the preparation of leases and other application forms
• Assist in move in / out inspections
• Ensure all move-in files are maintained accordingly
• Ensure all vacancies are prepared and leased in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
