Full description of the position

FT position responsible for all aspects of day to day apartment management. Applicants must demonstrate professional customer service, skilled decision making, great organization, ability to foster professional relationships with staff, residents, and vendors and follow laws and company policies. Position is in St Cloud office, but does require roving at times, between 2 offices in co-managing three properties in St Cloud and one in Sartell. M-F with some flexible weekend hours. Reliable vehicle and clean driving record and criminal background are required. Some duties include: day to day managing, leasing, processing applications, giving tours, resolving issues, and administrative work. College graduate and related experience a plus.
