Role Summary
Outside Sales Representatives are instrumental in the acquisition, nurturing and development of key enterprise opportunities for the business. These performance- based selling positions focus on new lead targeting, qualification, presentation, quote facilitation, negotiation and closing. Outside Sales Representatives are often called on to be the 'face' of the business conducting in-person customer meetings, webinars, participating in trade and industry events and cold calling.

Pay: Total Targeting earnings up to $120,000.00

Summary of Responsibilities
- Prospect for new leads through varied means which can include internet, physical prospecting, referrals, phone, email and social media.
- Follow up with existing customers by understanding current needs to promote company products.
- Educate new clients and existing customers via calls or presentations on product catalog.
- Drive retention and offer solutions to customers that may seek out other products/services.
- Continual improvement of customer relationships to help drive sales.
- Work within an assigned territory based on resources and budgets.
- Interact with Inside Sales Team to drive production post identified sales needs.
Required Skills
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Organized. Able to manage numerous and varied prospects simultaneously
- Excellent communicative skills. Ability to make presentations in person, or via webinar.
- Ability to understand technical subjects.
- Solid grasp of basic mathematical principals (percentages, decimals, fractions)
- Ability to work against stated KPI's (Revenue Quota, Retention, Share of Wallet, Product Line Quota, Customer Segmentation)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or alone to drive sales
Experience Requirements
- 8+ years B2B Outside Sales Experience managing a large, geographically dispersed territory in the Label or packaging industry.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, marketing or a related field.
