Full description of the position

Technical Sales Assistant/Customer Service Position

Bel Air Finishing is seeking a full-time person for our internal Technical Sales Department. The

position will involve servicing our customers within our industry of surface finishing solutions.

This position would support our sales team and customers. The ability to communicate

effectively, verbal and written, is a priority. This position will be based in our Rhode Island

office.

Specific Job requirements would include:

  • CRM management and sales reporting
  • Ability to understand the fundamentals of surface finishing equipment
  • Monthly sales meeting attendance
  • Assisting the sales team to service existing and potential customers
  • Order Reception
  • Customer Service
  • Marketing campaign generation and recording
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Email blast systems
  • Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
