***Sales Representative***

We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish-speaking team member who wants to learn about real estate, work for themselves and make money. You would be comfortable on the phone and speaking with clients in person, and have solid customer service skills. We will train the right candidate to negotiate and close deals. You don't need a license to sell for us.

Our company sells residential properties with owner financing to clients looking for an opportunity. We finance everyone regardless of credit or their situation. Our passion is to support the hardworking families in Chicago that want to purchase a home, but are unable to because traditional financing doesn't work for them.

You will be given hot leads everyday, and work in an encouraging, fun and connected office environment. We are looking for people who want to make money and help change people's lives at the same time.

You can make at least $60,000 a year with no experience. We teach and train people to be successful. All you need is a strong work ethic and the desire to grow. This job, like all real estate sales, is commission based with bonuses. We're proud to have helped many people get their foot in the door and learn about real estate.

Since our office is located in Lincolnwood, it would be ideal if the candidate lives close to the area or at most 10-15 miles away. It is not a remote job, and attendance promotes success.
