Leading company looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee and grow our sales team. In this position, the office growth strategy and the supervision of sales professionals are top priorities. You will set goals to add team members, coach and assist real estate professionals using your sales experience to help with complicated matters, such as complex contracts and negotiating. • Provide support on complex sales
• Implement team-wide sales strategies

Requirements and Qualifications

• Active real estate associate broker license
• 3 years of real estate experience
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software a bonus
• Strong leadership skills
