The Davenport Group of Keller Williams is a high-performing real estate team serving clients in North Georgia. We are seeking a Buyer Agent to join our team who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding clients' expectations. The ideal candidate should be a high-energy, organized, and successful individual who has a passion for the real estate industry. We helped 213 families in 2021 with only six agents and 10 support staff! We are inbound sales agent based, which means we provide qualified appointments instead of leads to save you time and allow you to make more money!

Responsibilities:

· Work with clients to understand their buying needs and preferences.

· Conduct market research to identify potential properties that meet clients' needs.

· Schedule and conduct property showings with clients.

· Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and potential issues.

· Negotiate purchase contracts on behalf of clients.

· Manage the transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met.

· Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the buying process.

· Build relationships with clients and develop a strong network of referral business.

· Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

· Committed to helping at least 24 families on an annual basis.

· Comfortable at going on 3 to 5 appointments per week provided by the team.

Qualifications:

· Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of Georgia.

· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a real estate agent, with a focus on buyer representation.

· Proven track record of success in real estate sales.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

· High level of energy and motivation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
