The Commercial Plumbing - Inside Sales position is a full-time position with a guaranteed 45 hours per week (Monday through Friday).

Eligible for monthly commission.

What are the Commercial Plumbing - Inside Sales Representative’s responsibilities?

It’s an important hands-on role, in which you’ll be essential to giving our customers the outstanding experience that Locke Supply is committed to providing.

As a member of Locke’s Commercial Division, you will price fixtures and rough-in material, coordinate will-calls and deliveries with our warehouse & delivery team, as well as assist customers with solutions to their daily job needs.

This position requires knowledge and experience with:

• The commercial job estimation and submittal process.
• Installation, maintenance and operation of plumbing fixtures and materials.
• Commercial supply house best customer practices and industry standards.

As a Commercial Division Associate, you will have the opportunity to build a comprehensive understanding of Locke Supply’s product offerings, network with Locke Supply’s vendors and manufacturers, strengthen our relationships with our largest customers, and play a major part in Locke Supply’s growth in an exciting, competitive and fast-paced industry.

What are the requirements for a Commercial Sales Associate?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Desire to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Must pass a D.O.T Physical and Drug Test.

Working conditions for a Commercial Branch Associate include a combination of retail store, hands-on training exercises, meetings, workshops, and presentations. Occasional travel may be required and could include sales calls to customers' offices and/or jobsites.
