ABOUT THE JOB:

The ideal candidate will be a highly driven, organized, and tenacious individual looking to start and build a career in Sales. This Position will be responsible for obtaining and growing new business as part of our business development team here at Exxact. This position is perfect for the individual who is looking to kick start their career or looking to build a long-term career that is both highly rewarding and challenging.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Generate new business leads through outbound calls and emails to customers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
• Provide outstanding customer service and keep the name Exxact Express interchangeable with integrity and service.
• Interacts courteously, timely, and professionally with internal departments to satisfy customer issues and/or process exceptions to normal guidelines (including, but not limited to: shipping, pricing, scheduling, credit, and accounting).
• Utilizes all necessary internal applications, including, but not limited to: ACT, McLeod LME, PC Miler, Internet, e-mail, Word and Excel.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Positive, “go getter “attitude, with a hunger and drive to “work hard, play hard.”

• Not afraid to get on the phone and make outbound calls to potential customers with a strong business acumen.

• Ability to focus on work and thrive in a loud, fast pasted, high activity environment.

• STRONG 1 – 3 years of demonstrated history of customer service and consumer-based customer care.

• Desire to learn, grow and develop into the manager of your own book of business and your own customer base.

• High School diploma or GED

• Bilingual in English and Spanish a definite plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• 2-year degree from an accredited university

• 1-2 years sales experience

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
