Job Summary:

We are looking to add a National Sales Manager to our team. This role will sit in the Ramsey, NJ office and travel nationally. The role is to collaborate with the General Manager to continually adjust the sales plan to drive sales activities that result in meeting annual company goals. You will interact with manufacturers’ sales representatives, and with customers to generate excitement and interest in our aquatics products.

What you’ll do:

• Strategize, build, execute, and manage annual sales plan.
• Train and manage sales team to implement sales plan.
• Regularly analyze and report on progress to sales plan.
• Plan and develop marketing strategies.
• Attend industry-related trade shows and conferences.
• Be the expert on sales trends and activities in the aquatics industry.
• Be able and willing to travel up to 50%.

Skills you’ll need:

• Experience and success in sales, management, and customer service.
• Experience in aquatics industry related to commercial pool filtration.
• Experience with sales negotiations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong command of MS Office and CRM software.
• Estimating experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales management or business administration preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
